YES! I'm Ready to Reclaim My Life!Hi! I'm Safrianna, a therapist, community mental health coach, & educator.
I know if you're here right now, reading this, you want to be more compassionate with yourself!
If you're ready to RISE above ruthless cycles of anxiety, depression, dissociation, overwhelm, and more... You can gain some essential and foundational skills to take care of yourself through this toolkit.
Have you been trying and struggling to find therapy?
Demands for mental health services are higher than ever.
When you don't have the tools or "spoons," it's difficult to navigate everyday obstacles and tough emotions. Logically, you know self-care and mental health are priorities, but what does that even look like when you're already struggling to cope with life in general?
The RISE Mental Health Toolkit is a digital, self-paced program designed by two mental health professionals. We created it to fill the void of quality mental health care, providing skills and education for as many people as possible. The materials are designed to be flexible and easy for anyone to try!
With the RISE Mental Health Toolkit, you can...
Develop a self-empowered personal plan for coping and self-care to help you integrate life lessons and create a better future for yourself. CHOICE is key!
Explore tangible tools you can use at any time, any where. This toolkit is packed with videos, text lessons, worksheets, and meditations. Engage how YOU want!
Learn the difference between self-care & coping, & how your "window of tolerance" impacts your life. Uncover warning signs of fight, flight, and freeze responses.
Gain lifetime access to all our mental health related materials.*
We're constantly developing materials for our clients, and with the toolkit, you get those creations!
If you're on the fence, feel free to follow along with this guided meditation, featured in Module 0 of The RISE Program, a comprehensive self-care and coping skills course inside the toolkit!
Get comfortable where you will not be disturbed to listen. How you feel during this meditation will help you know if it's the right time to develop your self-care skills.
If there's one thing we need to be taught in school that we're not... it's how to cope with stress and take care of ourselves!
(And I extra know, because before I was a therapist, I was a public school teacher!)
I designed the original RISE Program using my expertise in mental health and background as an educator. These materials are easy to follow along with and have lots of room for hands-on practice, reading, writing, and listening.
Then, I started gathering together all of my mental health resources developed over years as a therapist and started the process of making a vault for clients and others to gain access to my knowledge.
That's all here in the RISE Mental Health Toolkit, consisting of the original RISE Program (an 8 module flagship course on mental health coping skills) + BONUS materials being added on a regular basis.
We're all going through a collective trauma together (illness & war just to name a few things). Waitlists are long. But, I believe if you're ready to start therapy, you're also ready to learn the tools you need to RISE above inner adversity! Whatever you're personally struggling with, you have the power within you to take charge of your experience!
If you don't like reading much, go ahead and watch this video find out what this program is all about!
I give a sneak peak into what the program looks like, and talk a little about why I created this program.
Yes! I'm Ready to RISE!15% of proceeds from The RISE Mental Health Toolkit are donated to Heartly House.
Because I believe strongly in supporting our local communities to be the healthiest they can be, I donate yearly to this very important agency in Frederick County, Maryland. Heartly House, Inc. serves survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and human trafficking. They also support secondary victims. They are an incredible group of helpers and healers. They are funded as a non-profit by grants and donations such as this. If you'd like to donate directly to Heartly House, please find their information here: Heartly House
