[00:00:00] Ikenna: Is, is this the dance that we're doing every time?
[00:00:02] Safrianna: I don't know. I'm changing the dance every time.
[00:00:05] Ikenna: Oh, okay.
[00:00:06] You're like doing like, I don't know, what would we call this?
[00:00:08] Safrianna: I'm, I'm swimming.
[00:00:09] Ikenna: You're swimming?
[00:00:10] Safrianna: Or I'm backward swimming. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. It's the new year y'all. .
[00:00:16] Ikenna: Happy 2023.
[00:00:17] Safrianna: Happy 2023.
[00:00:19] Ikenna: Whatever feeling you want to have about 2023. Feel that
[00:00:22] Safrianna: I, well, I hope you're happy about 2023. , because I am, and I want everybody to be happy. , I want everybody to be filled with joy and love , because
[00:00:33] that's what we're about.
[00:00:37] Ikenna: Oh, well, 2022 was a doozy. It
[00:00:42] Safrianna: it was something for a lot of people, for
[00:00:44] sure. Yeah. I learned a lot. Yes. I learned a lot in 2022. Yes. Yep. And that's, I, I did a, I'm still working on it. Uh, I'm doing a blog series where I kind of go through each munch... munch?
[00:00:59] Each month of 2022
[00:01:01] Ikenna: that's a different thing entirely.
[00:01:03] Safrianna: It is a very different thing entirely, uh, and sort of break down what my accomplishments were and what I had hope hoped to achieve and actually ended up achieving. And it's been very illuminating.
[00:01:15] Ikenna: Yeah. Tuesday you're gonna come. Okay, thank you, .
[00:01:21] Safrianna: So we thought we would do a, an episode today just talking about 2023 and our goals and kind of go from there.
[00:01:29] And if you're watching the visual, like if you're here on YouTube watching us, you'll get to see some of my processing and how I have gone about goal setting. Mm-hmm. . Uh, so feel free to check that out. But yeah, where do you wanna start?
[00:01:46] Ikenna: Wow.
[00:01:47] Um. . Well, I mean, let's start with kind of like what we've learned in 2022.
[00:01:54] Safrianna: So I actually have a visual for this too. Oh. So I just got to attend a workshop with, uh, Shannon Hernandez and Amy Hager of the Content Personality Club, uh, the Joyful Business Revolution. They have like several, uh, things that they offer to people. I did their inspired Beyond Belief workshop where we literally spent three, at least three of the six hours actively reflecting on 2022 and what we learned and 2023 and what we're taking forward.
[00:02:31] And I definitely had some big lessons in 2022 about. a lot of things. Mm-hmm. , I'm, I'm flipped so many things. I wanna show off my coloring pages here. Aren't they beautiful? This is Shannon's art, but my coloring, um, . But I think my biggest takeaways from 2022 was speak
[00:02:55] Ikenna: Mm.
[00:02:56] Safrianna: Open.
[00:02:56] Ikenna: Mm-hmm. ,
[00:02:58] Safrianna: like I had really been struggling in prior years with staying silent.
[00:03:01] I mean, obviously 2022 we launched this podcast. Yeah. So that was a huge step in breaking out of the shell and starting that work. Uh, but for me it was a year of opening my throat center and learning to speak and show up. I started doing lives, I started doing workshops again. Uh, it was really the year of overcoming.
[00:03:28] the trauma that I had experienced. Mm-hmm. , uh, and, and finding myself again. and I'm calling 2023 the year of the butterfly, even though I've been working with butterfly imagery for at least the past three to four years. But at first it was like I really acknowledged I was in that chrysalis stage. Mm-hmm.
[00:03:47] because I kinda went into some depression in the beginning of our relationship, um, because I was processing the trauma of everything prior in my life and this last year, I kept getting this distinct image of the butterfly coming out of the chrysalis. It was like, we're emerging from the darkness. Mm. Uh which I think probably a lot of us felt just in terms of 2020 and on, right?
[00:04:16] Yeah. Uh, that this last year was really us finally reemerging from the darkness. . Um, for me, that image was this butterfly kind of coming out of the chrysalis and like the wings are floppy, right? They're wet and they can't fly yet because they are, are, they're, they're gross and damp and like trying to unfurl and catch the sun and dry out.
[00:04:37] And 2023 for me is the year of flight. Uh, so what is it for you?
[00:04:45] Ikenna: Um, so mine is going to be basically, um, oh boy. Pause.
[00:04:54] So, and we're back. And we're back. So what, hold on, let me reset here.
[00:05:01] Hold my hand. Hold my hand. Hold my hand. Hold my hand. Okay. All right. Okay. Butterfly Wings. Wings.
[00:05:10] Wet wings.
[00:05:11] Safrianna: Yes. Well, I was asking you. What, what did you learn in 2022?
[00:05:16] Ikenna: Oh, okay. Um,
[00:05:18] Safrianna: and then what is 2023 for you?
[00:05:19] Ikenna: Gotcha. So 2022 had a lot going on.
[00:05:24] Like I graduated from grad school. I finished my internship. I had the whole summer where I was kind of creating a like web class on how to download Minecraft and play Minecraft with your kids, and that sort of thing. And then I became an L G P C and tried to figure out how to start building my caseload and how to build connections.
[00:05:55] And so there was a lot of change that was occurring for me too. And so I, um, Woo. Sorry if you heard that Quacey ran into the microphone. . Um,
[00:06:10] Safrianna: this is where we hide his booty hole from, from our viewers.
[00:06:13] It's, you need a little black box, .
[00:06:15] Ikenna: I'll do that in post.
[00:06:16] Safrianna: Do that in post.
[00:06:17] Ikenna: Um, but yeah, and, and, um, it's, it's been.
[00:06:23] it's been the year of kind, kind of discovering, uh, and unpacking a lot of the neuro divergent aspects of myself that like I haven't been able to really look in on. Which also is really interesting because it's kind of like I've been. Be, I went kind of as, as neuro divergent people usually do, is you, you know, you go from zero to 100 very quickly.
[00:06:52] Like a lot of things are black and white. And so when I was like, oh, I've been invalidating my neuro divergence for so long, I'm going to, uh, lean into that. I leaned into it so hard that I was enabling a lot of the, uh, wounded parts to kind of like have a say. Like they are allowed to have a say. But I was allowing it to, uh, like any sort of level of distress to kind of cause me to suffer more instead of being like, okay, I hear this, I understand I'm gonna hold you.
[00:07:26] We're gonna figure out some coping mechanisms. Um, and also, Like, let's, let's actively work through this instead of just sitting in the, in the stew of suffering. Mm-hmm. , um, which can end up happening and you can find yourself in a vacuum and think and overthink so much that you just end up having this, um, just ki I, I use the example of just like, uh, filtering the situation so much.
[00:07:54] So it becomes distorted beyond belief. And then you.
[00:07:58] Safrianna: Playing that game of telephone with yourself.
[00:08:00] Ikenna: Yeah. And you don't even recognize, you know, why you're, you know, why you're upset in the first place sort of thing. And so that was most of my year, was trying to figure that out. And, um, I appreciate everyone that has been , uh, supportive and, you know, working through that as well.
[00:08:21] Cuz it's been hard, it's been really hard and, you know, it's not been, The, the easiest at all. But we're,
[00:08:29] Safrianna: but I mean,
[00:08:30] that's part of what we, I think strive, I don't wanna use the word strive. Oh no. Quay is about to jump on this. Compu, he sees himself, he's like, who is that other cat on the screen? Oh boy.
[00:08:46] Oh boy.
[00:08:47] We did say that the visual people were gonna. an extra treat today. Yep. And it's true.
[00:08:53] Ikenna: It's Quacey . It's our cat. Hello sir. Bye. I'm back. Thank you.
[00:08:59] Safrianna: Part of what I feel like our true mission is in Living Luna is demonstrating that open processing and the fact that we are ever changing and we're ever evolving and
[00:09:20] we're not static. So you had to go through all of this Yeah. Over the last year to figure out who you were. Just like I had to go through all my stuff to figure out who I was. And next year we're gonna be different people again.
[00:09:32] Ikenna: We are.
[00:09:32] Safrianna: Um, but I, I really love using our calendar year . Mm-hmm. . So, uh, I'll talk a little bit about my plans for 2023.
[00:09:44] just in general. I like using the calendar year and the, the reset of going into 1/1 every year as an opportunity to look back, um, to reflect on kind of what came through in the year before. Yeah. And for me at least, uh, every year of my late later adult life has continued to get better. Mm-hmm. and more aware and more open, and I definitely think that that is gonna continue this year.
[00:10:11] Ikenna: Also, anyone who's unsure of what the weird background noise is, It might be
[00:10:17] quays purring. So we're not sure if that's gonna pick up on the mic or not, because
[00:10:21] Safrianna: Yes it is.
[00:10:22] Ikenna: No, I'm saying it might
[00:10:23] Safrianna: Oh, . I was like, do you know for sure?
[00:10:25] Ikenna: No, because he's right in front of the microphone. He's
[00:10:28] a little bit loud, but yeah, he's real sweet.
[00:10:30] Safrianna: Yeah. And he's been lovey lately, so we're gonna, we're gonna let him stay here. Yep. Little man. So I, I, I wanna commend you for allowing part of your processing to be live, right? Yeah. Because, We don't sit here and script and pre-plan and, and maybe that makes it seem messy, but I think it makes us seem human and who we really are, right?
[00:10:55] This is not a show about us putting on a show. It's a show about being real, authentic people and nurturing the authenticity and. Loving ourselves and others without shame.
[00:11:09] Ikenna: Right. And, and, uh, the without shame is the biggest, uh, the, the biggest reason why the vacuuming like spiraling in on itself can really happen.
[00:11:22] Like, that's why they call it a shame spiral. Yep. It's because you're like, I have this feeling and I'm ashamed of this feeling and I'm ashamed of my shame, and I'm ashamed that I'm ashamed of my shame. And you're just,
[00:11:32] Safrianna: Continuing, continuing down, spiral down. Yeah. So in the idea of talking about our, our goals, I want to, um, take a moment for each of us to just kind of announce our personal goals because there's some accountability in announcing that to the world.
[00:11:48] Yeah. And, and then I have a, a question. I'm gonna spring on both of us so we can respond.
[00:11:54] Ikenna: Oh boy.
[00:11:55] Safrianna: Uh, so, which we'll get, we'll get more into that in the second, well, not the second, the second episode of the year. I was like the second episode of the season. No, it's just year. Yeah. So I. Did this map on a piece of cardboard.
[00:12:09] Um, and again, visual people get to see this. I guess you can just cut that out and post too. But I mapped out the quarters of my year this year by the seasons because that's my personal flow and kind of made some goals for each quarter. Uh, and then I also made my, my weekly
[00:12:29] schedule and then my
[00:12:31] overall personal goals kind of all.
[00:12:33] This piece of cardboard so that I can kind of keep it, keep it somewhere where I can keep referring back to it. But my personal goals this year are my own health. That's my number one personal priority is my own health. Mm-hmm. . And that means more self-care, more movement, um, and continuing to eat ayurvedic style, which that's a guest we need on our podcast.
[00:12:58] Good Lord. We need to get Bridge on here. Yes. Uh, because you all need to meet Bridge.
[00:13:03] Ikenna: She's amazing.
[00:13:04] Safrianna: She's amazing. Uh, but that's my number one goal. Mm-hmm. my. business goal is my Silver Wheel spiritual circle and my siblings circle, which is gonna be a, uh, year long program We start it in February, so like I'm pumped about that.
[00:13:24] Uh, and I just need to keep my focus because that was something I didn't do in 2022. I was like always coming up with a new project andalways shifting gears and that burned me out. So I wanna keep focus this year in my business. Mm-hmm. , uh, and I think that that's huge. And then be more creative. . Mm-hmm. . So I, I made it a very small goal to finish two paintings this year.
[00:13:53] Ikenna: Oh yeah.
[00:13:54] Safrianna: And that way I don't feel that pressure. And maybe if I do finish the two paintings, yay. I can say at the end of the year I was creative. And if I don't, well I really don't think there's any way I can't finish two paintings in the,
[00:14:07] Ikenna: you finished paintings relatively quickly.
[00:14:09] Safrianna: Yeah. Well I have a bunch sitting downstairs that aren't
[00:14:12] finished, so
[00:14:13] Ikenna: Well, maybe that's the goal is to finish the ones that aren't finished.
[00:14:16] Safrianna: And then I have two books that I'm hoping to publish. Mm-hmm. , uh, my poetry book, daddy's Girl, and then my Slice of Life, queer Romance. Tragedy meets. It's not a queer tr it's, it's a tragedy, but it's not a queer tragedy. No queers were harmed in the making of that book. Yep. Um, well, emotionally harmed, but we're all emotionally harmed in this world.
[00:14:43] Ikenna: Yep.
[00:14:46] Safrianna: and, yeah, that's my 2023. Mm-hmm. in a nutshell, I'm, I'm really trying to keep it streamlined this year and not overdo it. That's my, my, my biggest goal. Yeah. So
[00:14:56] what's yours?
[00:14:57] Ikenna: My biggest one is, uh, self-trust. Um, I struggle a lot with trusting my intuition, which causes me to, um, ask a lot of people for direction and not being proactive at all.
[00:15:15] Um, and that can really cause there to be an issue with like relationships and like, , um, just knowing what to do next, right? Like, uh, there was a lot of avoidance last year and I don't want to do that anymore. I want to, um, if I need to listen to my body in terms of like, if I need more rest, I will listen to my body, um, and actually rest instead of dissociate using just mindlessly scrolling, mindlessly watching something.
[00:15:50] Um, And that sort of thing. So self-trust, intuition, those are like the biggest things that I will be wanting to focus on this year. Um, and you said year of the, the butterfly. Um, for me it's the year of the wolf, apparently ,
[00:16:13] Safrianna: you do not have to get into details.
[00:16:14] Ikenna: I don't know if I get into detail about that, but like,
[00:16:17] Safrianna: but you know, wolves are like, S they're about loyalty in the pack.
[00:16:22] Yeah. And, um, there's so much great symbolism with wolves. So what do they mean to you?
[00:16:28] Ikenna: So wolves have always meant something, uh, especially lately, but like, you know, I've always liked wolves, but like the, the wolf for me, um, I, it is, I, I do really enjoy the fact that it is a pack animal and you have to
[00:16:50] understand where everyone is in the pack. Like what, how, how each person has a different role in that pack. So it's like, for me, sometimes I will overgeneralize, uh, my relationships of accidentally assuming that different people have similar needs in terms of communication, when in fact someone might need more communication sooner, whereas another person will.
[00:17:15] They don't need as much communication and can have something more vague and be totally fine with that. So it's like, um, that's one of the big things that I want to take away is like really, um, really getting to know and understand each member of my pack. Yeah. So
[00:17:33] Safrianna: that makes sense. Yep. So here's my, my zinger question for us that I'm gonna fling out on the spot.
[00:17:39] Ooh. And see where it goes. Is what's the future of Living Luna in 2023?
[00:17:44] Ikenna: Oh. , what is it? What is the, okay. Um, well, I love the podcast. Mm-hmm. , I feel, I feel like that is definitely a thing that will stay.
[00:17:54] Safrianna: And I, I love, I love talking to people. Yeah.
[00:17:57] Ikenna: And we wanna have more interviews. We want to have more people talk about authenticity.
[00:18:00] You don't, I, I feel like it doesn't necessarily have to be business owners that talk about, like, I like the, oh yeah.
[00:18:07] Safrianna: I've already, I've been, I've been scoping some artists. I mean, we had business owner artists, but like more artists. Um, I'd love to get some musicians on, uh, and just like members of our community even Yeah.
[00:18:22] To just get on and have authentic conversations. Mm-hmm. , um,
[00:18:25] Ikenna: people that we've already maybe built relationships with, um, like friendships and talk about their journeys with, um, authenticity and, uh, their struggles and all that sort of stuff, if they're willing to, cuz I. . Yeah, it's, it's really cool to, um, just lift up the concept of, you know, we're all human trying to figure out how to be human, uh, and accept the fact that we are human it, that's the biggest thing is we're pressured so much by society to be a certain way, when in fact we are also unique that we.
[00:19:04] Need to appreciate each person as a separate entity. Yeah.
[00:19:09] Safrianna: And speaking of people being unique and all that, like I know 2023, we're going to be working more with Body of Nine. So we've signed up to be practicing partners with Body of Nine. And if you've listened to prior episodes, , you have heard us talk about that and we are going to be scheduling hopefully some group identification events. So if you are a part of our community in our audience and you're like, okay, I am like really, really curious about this whole body of nine thing, the group identification is the most affordable way to get identified. Uh, and we may even be offering workshops. Uh, for people after they get identified to talk about next steps and what it means and all of that, and that really will help people step into the authenticity.
[00:19:56] So, uh, if that interests you, like, tell us please. . Yeah, you know, it's been really interesting the end of 2022, uh, cuz we're only, we're only a couple of days into the new year as we're recording this but at the end of last year, I was really starting to step into the doing more lives and, and being myself and putting myself out there.
[00:20:19] And so many people have said like, oh wow, I saw your live. Or, uh, I listen to this podcast or whatever, and like, they say that to me, but then they don't engage on the pages . So please feel free to engage and let us know that you are, uh, you know, listening, watching, participating, because we'd love to hear from you and, and get more of that community engagement living
[00:20:44] luna, for me, the future is the community.
[00:20:47] Ikenna: Yeah. And I mean, I also wanna say this with the understanding that a lot of our, a lot of our community is neurodivergent. Mm-hmm. . So, uh, the ADHD is real . Um, we are, we understand. We feel you. So it's like, Uh, we encourage you to engage as much as you can. Um, don't worry about feeling like you are too much because we, you know, if you ever have a time where you could be potentially overshooting boundaries, we'll let you know.
[00:21:19] But for the most part, just, just, yeah. Come as you are.
[00:21:23] Safrianna: I mean, you're wholesome.
[00:21:23] Yeah. Right? Like, be, be your wholesome self. Don't. Don't come in and pain bump and put your drama on our doorstep uninvited. And we're good. Pretty much. Yeah. Like we, we living Luna, I loved, I don't know if I've ever said this in a podcast episode before, but our, our first moderator, our first volunteer moderator said that, uh, moderating our community would be like being a referee at the Olympics.
[00:21:50] that, you know, for the, I mean really for the most part, if not in the entire part so far, it's really been a very accepting open space and that's what we're aiming to keep it. So, you know, living Luna is a community podcast and movement, so we're continuing the podcast. We're continuing the, the community, I think the movement, I don't know if this is a 2023 project, so I wanna put it out there.
[00:22:15] Have you respond Ikenna, but also have anyone else that that hears this respond is, I really want living Luna to be a community building thing within other communities. So I want there to be little local living Luna chapters. Mm. That. Promote, you know, that kind of collect different local businesses that are ethical, sustainable, L G B T Q I a friendly black owned, or bipo owned or like, just, you know, different causes that we wanna support, um, and, and make sure that social justice is being done through the brand by promoting, uh, different brands, companies, people, et cetera.
[00:22:59] Maybe don't always have a, a voice or a platform that's promoted. So that's something I had thought about, monetizing that, but then I was like, no, that's my heart project. Mm-hmm. , like my heart project is building community and uh, connecting people. .
[00:23:15] So
[00:23:16] Ikenna: Yeah. Like kind of almost like a
[00:23:18] referral network.
[00:23:18] Safrianna: Yeah, exactly.
[00:23:19] So we would have like, you know, these living Luna directories of online businesses and then we could have different cities. Um, you know, if people were like, oh, I'm in Philly and I wanna be like the PA representative of Living Luna, where, uh, I, I find a, a business that meets your values, like I'll connect them with you.
[00:23:40] Mm-hmm. and I, I love the idea of us continuing to, Um, small businesses. Yeah. Within the podcast and on our blog and website and all that good stuff.
[00:23:51] Ikenna: Yeah, because oftentimes like, I mean, that's the thing is like we are, we do have a lot of privilege by how we, you know, we're both white. Um, and, you know, we, that's like the biggest aspect of, of the privilege.
[00:24:10] Um, and. , uh, you know, I'm able-bodied, you have chronic pain stuff, but like for the most part, like pretty, pretty able-bodied, like, um,
[00:24:21] Safrianna: can't, can't walk long distances or do most physical activity, strenuous activity. Yeah. But I can get around. Yeah. Which is very, very good.
[00:24:28] Ikenna: Yeah. So, um, but like we understand that like there's a responsibility on the platform to, uh, encourage people to connect who are being, you know, lost or overshadowed by, uh,
[00:24:49] Safrianna: dominant society.
[00:24:50] Ikenna: Dominant society.
[00:24:51] And we wanna uplift you. We wanna be able to help you through these, um, you know, have your vo voice be heard, have you be your authentic self, and not have to worry about presenting as a certain, uh, as a certain race or culture
[00:25:09] Safrianna: or everyone is welcome in our community as long as everyone in our community is willing to uplift others.
[00:25:16] Yeah. Like that's it. You just have to be willing to uplift others and not just people like you. Right. But people who are other than you. Right. And,
[00:25:25] Ikenna: uh, well, with that being said, I do. with, I want to be able to hold us to that. I want you and I to hold accountability for ourselves to be proactive in finding, you know, to one, you can reach out to us, but two, I would also love to offer interview spots for people who
[00:25:52] you know, might need to be uplifted because of the fact that dominant culture has been stifling them. Right. And so I already have a few people in mind that I wanna reach out to because I've just said that.
[00:26:04] Safrianna: So, yeah. . And if you know somebody who would be a good fit for our community mm-hmm. , uh, who would
[00:26:12] be a great guest for our podcast. Like we want to hear that. We wanna be able to, uh, bring people in to talk that you're excited to hear from and we wanna be able to fill this community with people who are there to be uplifting. It's really cool as I've expanded my Facebook, um, and I, I still use Facebook for our business and I have a personal page that I just, it's really a business page cuz I don't really.
[00:26:42] Any social media other than Discord for socializing. Yep. Uh, but it's really cool as I've been surrounding myself with people. that are willing to uplift others. Mm-hmm. how positive MySpace has become. Mm-hmm. and I want to really attract people who are so ready for that. Like they're ready to have that positive space.
[00:27:08] They are ready to have that community where they, they don't have to worry about. Fighting and, you know, getting into the deep end of nitpicking and like, oh, well they don't belong here. Whatev, like, I just want Yeah. To have people that are, are so ready to be in loving community.
[00:27:29] Ikenna: Yeah. And that's, and that's the beautiful thing about.
[00:27:33] I, I fe I think our communities who have been oppressed or misunderstood or not seen or not, you know, not heard, will fall into this trap of being like, I must be understood at all times, sort of thing. So when you enter into these communities, that's where we become more rigid accidentally, and the, the concept of Living Luna is like you're coming in with your authentic self.
[00:28:11] Knowing that like you are able to present yourself, people are able to maybe not understand. , they're not wrong for non understanding. You're not wrong for how you presented yourself. And people can ask, clarify clarifying questions out of curiosity. Mm-hmm. not out of, um, you know, maliciousness. Right. And then you can provide them with some information or, um, , you know, that can cause the community itself to then have its own movement of like, oh, us as a community may not be as aware of the specific cultural thing that's going on.
[00:28:52] So, you know, let's create a forum post, or let's create, um, an awareness post that different people can then come together to create a list of resources that we can then use as a community to then educate ourselves more. Mm-hmm. about that specific thing. Yeah. And that, you know, that sort of that literally helps us uplift each other because not one person is going to be doing all of the work of, uh, providing that piece of pieces of awareness.
[00:29:26] Right. Because it's everyone in the community who will be working together to do that. Yeah.
[00:29:32] Safrianna: You know, the whole, it takes a village concept as something that I feel like has been lost to. , a lot of modern society, and I'm really feeling that call to find the soul family. Yeah. To find the digital community, to find the local community and to build it.
[00:29:52] Yeah. Uh, and we've built it, right? We, we have created this framework of living Luna in 2022 and 2023, I hope is the year where we're really seeing it, it ramp up and do what it's here to do because we want to uplift as many people as we can.
[00:30:12] Ikenna: Absolutely.
[00:30:13] Safrianna: So, We'd love to hear what your goals for 2023
[00:30:17] are.
[00:30:17] Ikenna: Yeah. Tell us your goals. Tell us. Uh, you can also tell us about some of the things that you've learned in 2022 and how you're going to have those learned lessons kind of catapult you into 2023. Um, and yeah, we'd love to hear from you about that sort of stuff because that's, you know, that's our, that's our bread and butter.
[00:30:39] Safrianna: Yeah. .
[00:30:41] So I think that's all for today. Yeah. But. We've got some cool episodes coming up. Mm-hmm. , and we are looking forward to seeing who, who decides they want to be a guest and have a cool conversation with us to share with
[00:30:58] others.
[00:30:58] Ikenna: Yeah. Again, you don't have to have a specific like flourishing, entrepreneurship business.
[00:31:04] um,
[00:31:05] Safrianna: you can just be a regular old person with some very strong opinions on anything. Yeah. That is part of our brand.
[00:31:11] And
[00:31:12] Ikenna: yes, please go to our website first and see if you align with us. Cause that could get interesting really quickly. Um, , but yes, so, um, which could also be interesting if we wanted to have.
[00:31:25] An interesting conversation of people who might be struggling with the concepts. We'll see, but we'll see.
[00:31:31] Safrianna: I'm, I'm not gonna invite anyone that wants to fight with us. Yeah. Don't fight us. That's not our platform. But if you're like, I would love to talk with you guys about tolerance and how I'm struggling with that and I'm open and curious.
[00:31:47] Yeah. I would be willing to go there with somebody. Yeah. But, uh,
[00:31:50] Ikenna: yeah. Yeah. So if you're, if you're just a person that wants to talk. how authenticity or, um, love, love, love is love, love is love. All different types of love, any type of love, and you wanna talk about your experiences with those things. Um, feel free to reach out to us and we'd love to, um, you know, set something up with you.
[00:32:10] Yeah.
[00:32:11] Safrianna: So we'll see what comes in the year, but we've got some goals. Mm-hmm. and. . Yeah. Until next time.
[00:32:19] Until next time, heck, heck, heck, wow. Quay looks real mad from this angle, . He, I think he's staring at himself, and purring and pur,
[00:32:31] and he's needing my thigh with his
[00:32:33] claws like this. Wow, sir.
[00:32:36] Oh, little man.
[00:32:38] All right. All
[00:32:38] right. Bye. Bye. Bye.
